My leading client is looking for a Senior BI Developer for an urgent role to work on some important project work. You will require advanced working SQL knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server 2005+) and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (T-SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
Technical skills
- Microsoft SQL server Integrated Services (SSIS) including extensive ETL/ELTL design and development experience
- Microsoft DevOps or Microsoft Visual Studio Team System (2005+) source control software and development lifecycle software
- Developing and maintaining objects within OLAP Data Warehouses
- Multi-dimensional analysis of complex datasets using data cubes
- An end-user tool to enable interaction with Data Cubes and BI datasets
- Microsoft Excel, Power BI, QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau
- Microsoft Office 365
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong analytic skills related to working with structured datasets
- Strong project management and organizational skills
