Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Business Analyst, who has worked within the Utilities sector.
Due to the requirements of the project/role you must have experience/skill with agile and waterfall.
You will be responsible, but not limit to:
- Resource and activity planning to contribute to overall project plans
- Identification of existing in scope process maps
- Gap analysis of relevant business processes
- Attend/Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
- Preparation of Workshop sessions
- Develop As Is & To Be Business Processes in line with project scope
- Support identification of project scope and change readiness requirements
- Coordinate process sign off with relevant stakeholders
- Updating signed off business processes into the Process SharePoint
- Assist change lead to develop relevant change deliverables
- Assists Business Analyst, Solution and Business Change team in process and operational areas
- Acts independently in most circumstances (expected to require some guidance/support in complex situations)
- Responsible for creation, maintenance and reporting of Process activities and outputs
