Security Engineer
Duration: 3 months initially
Location: Manchester
Experis are currently looking for a Security Engineer for a public sector client in Manchester. The successful contractor should have experience in the following:
Vulnerability management
- Running a programme of work
- Design, configuration and running of Rapid7 InsightVM
- Identifying and progressing key remediation streams
- Delivering remediation results quickly
Technical security lead on projects
- Threat modelling
- Threat assessments
- Security design and sign off
Penetration testing programme
- Technical scoping
- Planning
- Managing the test
- Managing 3rd party testers
- Interpreting and agreeing results
- Defining remediation plans
Security standards and audits
- Research and addressing ad-hoc queries
- ISO27001
- PCI-DSS
- Involved in audits
