Our teams provide and maintain the capabilities to conduct signature ranging in the UK and overseas. The purpose of the IT/networks engineering lead is to manage and support the classified IT infrastructure required to conduct these rangings and analyse the results. This role will require travel between sites.
We are looking for a proactive candidate with a proven track record of supporting IT systems. This role is suitable for someone with a technical background in Microsoft systems and network support experience. You will have knowledge of secure network infrastructure and management, including use of L3 Catapans and other high grade encryption devices. You will have a good understanding of MoD secure data transmission requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
The applicant will be at ease working within a small to medium sized teams.
