Scrum Master
Remote (eventually required onsite in Warwick up to twice per week)
We are actively looking to secure a Scrum Master to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role:
Our client requires a Scrum Master to kick off a new investment into their cloud hosting platform options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team to reach consensus for what can be achieved during a specified period of time to kick off a new investment into cloud hosting platform options. Prior experience of platforms and cloud hosting is essential
- Help the team to prioritise work within Sprints
- Facilitate of Scrum Events
- Motivate and ensure that the development team delivers against its outcomes and commitment
- Remove blockers and guide the team to remove impediments
The Scrum Master serves the Organisation in several ways including:
- Leading and coaching the organisation in its Scrum adoption,
- Planning the Scrum implementations within the Organisation,
- helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and EM.
- Causing change that increases the productivity of the Team and Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organisation.
Key Skills/Experience
- Prior experience of platforms and Cloud hosting
- Agile methodologies & techniques, certified Scrum Master
