Scrum Master
Location: London (Remote with occasional travel)
We are actively looking to secure a Scrum Master to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role
Our client is looking for an Agile Scrum Master who can ensure the Agile Delivery Team adheres to its chosen process and removes the blocking issues. The Team depends on the Scrum Master to maintain focus on their commitments, shield them from outside distractions and help them to self-organise and collaborate.
Key Tasks
- Successful candidate will coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with technical teams to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Represent team performance at weekly stakeholder stand-up meetings
Key skills
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (Agile, Waterfall)
- Provide team members in Agile frameworks and coaching
- Help everyone understand Scrum theory and practice
- Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog Management.
Desirable skill
- Certified Scrum Master is a plus
