Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid/Knutsford (2 days on site)

What will you be doing?
- Work with the Product Delivery Manager to evangelise Agile values and to promote modern working behaviours amongst the Tribe
- Help shape requirements and work with stakeholders to manage priority and plan delivery of new components or changes to the brand(s)
- Own a number of ceremonies including squad standups, planning sessions, show & tell, retrospectives and Scrum of Scrums
- Serve as the Agile Coach for a maximum of two development squads and coordinate with other Agile Coaches / Scrum Leads within the Tribe
- Work with and provide communications to senior management on delivery progress
- Growing and evangelising cultural best practices such as Guilds and Chapters, and growing engineering communities
- Serve as the "front door" into development squads, enabling and enhancing their velocity whilst maintaining their wellbeing and morale
- Being responsible for incremental adjustment to working models allowing autonomous, yet highly aligned Squads to thrive
What we're looking for:
- Experience of working in a cross-functional Agile teams
- Experience of working in Salesforce environment
- Certified SAFe
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master/ Scrum.Org Professional Scrum Master
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Experience of working in an end-to-end software development lifecycle
- Experience in working in large software implementations with many teams delivering code across multiple areas
- Experience in rolling out large change across multiple business areas and dealing with business colleagues
