Job Title: SC Cleared - IT Deployment Technician - Device Refresh Project

Pay Rate: £25.15 per hour (equivalent to approx. £45,000 per annum)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Clinic Setup & Support
- Help set up and maintain the onsite Refresh Clinic.
- Move devices between storage and clinic areas as directed.
- Device Deployment
- Collect old laptops from users and issue new ones following a clear migration schedule.
- Ensure accurate handover and tracking of all devices.
- Log into systems using provided equipment under guidance.
Workflow & Issue Management- Update the project's workflow system at each stage of the process.
- Flag any issues quickly and clearly to the site team.
- Pass unresolved issues to the onsite support engineer.
Inventory & Logistics- Perform daily stock checks and report findings.
- Package returned devices correctly and label them for disposal or refurbishment.
- Secure all equipment in storage at the end of each day.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid SC Clearance (essential).
- Experience in IT hardware deployment, refresh, or migration projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
