We are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis.

Role purpose / summary

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to drive forward the requirements for the CESA Futures work in Tax Admin.
This project will look to disaggregate the existing CESA solution and create a modern technical solution as part of the wider Modernisation Programme, to be known as ASAS (Auxiliary Self-Assessment Solutions).
We will be establishing SRE engineering best practice from the outset including analysis, solution design, build, test and automation tooling to advance our deliveries by exploring the benefits of Gen AI capabilities such as legacy code descriptors and code converters.
The project is anticipated to run for 3 years and will involve a team of Business Analysts working with a Lead Business Analyst to deliver the new solution.
Ideal candidates will have a good experience of managing large and complex requirements, someone who has strong people skills to drive this work forward.
Prior experience of CESA would be an advantage but not essential.
