During the design phase to work with the functional teams and capture the training needs requirements, and perform the training needs analysis
* Identify the best training delivery mechanisms and training curricula
* Manage the development of training materials
* Manage the train-the-trainer.
Experience of being a training lead on an SAP project is pretty much a prerequisite - having worked on a project which is a migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 would be a big bonus!
