SAP Test Manager
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in London
Length: Initially until March 2025
Salary: £85,000 per annum
We are actively looking to secure a SAP Test Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Description
The Finance Business are in the midst of a transformation program and are in need of someone with a SAP Testing Background who understand SAP Cloud solutions and be able to operate within SAP programme lifecycle using activate methodology
The SAP Test Manager is expected to perform:
* Preparing overall test strategy in alignment with SAP Best Practices and industry standard testing frameworks
* Being accountable for planning and managing execution of all test phases in scope of a transformation program
* Define test scope and coordinate setup of test environments and test data management.
* Monitoring, triaging and reporting with metrics on test process quality and test results.
* Maintain strong and cooperative relationships with functional, technical and key business stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver value through quality assurance.
* Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and practices.
* Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud components i.e. S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, CARAB, BTP, SAC and modules such as FI, IS-R, SD etc.
* Good understanding of UiPath Automation testing framework
* Flexible and self-motivated with ability to deliver and adaptable to change according to overall program delivery timelines
Qualifications
* Minimum 10yrs of experience in SAP Testing including managerial role
* Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud components i.e. S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, CARAB, BTP, SAC and modules such as FI, IS-R, SD etc.
* Good understanding of UiPath Automation testing framework
* Experience with both manual and automated testing and CI/CD processes
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
