- Experienced SuccessFactors configuration consultant, with hands on knowledge of Employee Central and the SuccessFactors Talent modules
- Working as part of team, across a number of the functional workstreams, to deliver an end to end SuccessFactors solution for a large, multi national organisation
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders within both the client and delivery partner organisations
- Certification in Employee Central and one or more of the SF Talent modules.
- Guide client on solution and process best practice, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap.
- Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops.
- Experience of delivering SuccessFactors in complex organisations
