My leading client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to work on a Salesforce CRM project - you will be tasked with working closely with the business and perform user administration. You will be a participant in environment/release management activities and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders to ensure solution integration by working with all relevant teams and provide best practice Salesforce Administration advice. A key aspect will be supporting the test team in development of test scenarios and scripts.

Ideally you will be performing salesforce configuration including,

    • Case Management & Email to Case
    • Reports
    • Dashboards
    • Email Templates & Email Alerts
    • Flow (Screen Flow, Scheduled/Autolaunched/Record Triggered Flows)
    • Page Layouts
    • Custom Settings and Custom Metadata Types
    • Profiles, Roles & Permission Sets

Core Skills

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Requirements definition
  • Solution analysis
  • Salesforce Implementation & Configuration (3+ years)
  • Several project lifecycles
  • Excellent understanding and experience of Salesforce CRM
  • Good communication skills with the ability to describe issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Capable of dealing with both business and technical team members
