The location of the role is London / remote.

The pay rate on offer is £250 - £300 per day.

The client is a large, multinational high-street retailer.


It's a busy period for the client regarding graduate scheme recruitment, as they look to have the cycle completed by early 2022. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of the early careers recruiting process.

Key accountabilities

  • Work as part of the in-house recruitment team, with a focus on Early Careers / Graduate positions
  • Help manage the busy season and influx of requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders and other business areas - speak to managers regarding their recruitment requirements
  • Manage a pipeline of roles
  • Recruitment process will follow online testing, video interview, assessment centres - working together with Colleague Services to make this process as efficient as possible

Key experience

  • Experience in graduate / early careers recruitment is preferred
  • Clear communication - ability to engage with different groups of people face to face, over the phone and email
  • Organised - lots of activity, and must be able to focus on the month to month ahead
  • Comfortable engaging with managers in the business, some of which won't have recruited for a while
  • Experience working with an ATS system
  • Comfortable working with numbers / stats
