One of our clients are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner who will be focused on employment services based in South Central England.
The role
Working closely with the HR and L&D teams, you will be involved in delivering high volume recruitment strategies inline with company vision, mission and values across the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle.
You will be responsible for the recruitment of specific delivery partners and work closely with local operations to deliver their recruitment objectives.
You
We are looking for someone with experience working in a Recruitment BP role, with end-to-end volume recruitment and hands on candidate sourcing and attraction experience. You will also have experience using Application Tracking Systems. and recruitment software.
