My leading client is looking for a strong QA Test Analyst who ideally have worked in Legal or come from a professional services background. You will be working in a Microsoft Tech Stack (C#, SQL, .Net) / Application that is going through advanced and enhancements for their client base, so they need a Test Analyst ideally with experience of Automation as there are a number of project areas where they see the value in using Automation techniques so they want someone who is happy to move between Manuel and automation,
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide creative input into feature refinements
- Prepare and execute test cases based on established standard software testing techniques
- Design reusable and maintainable automated tests
- Use a curious and methodical mind set to investigate issues
- Communicate clearly verbally and in writing at a technical as well as a business level
- Able to work in an Agile environment
- Gain an understanding of user behaviour and good UI/UX design
- Critical attention to detail and high level of accuracy
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate (desirable)
- Experience or theoretical knowledge of automated testing
- Working knowledge of MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and Windows 10
- Good knowledge of SQL
- C# development experience (desirable)
- Experience of Agile and the software development life cycle.
- Knowledge of Issue tracking systems such as Jira
