Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Work with a diverse range of customers, including Enterprise, SMC, and SMB, facilitating their digital transformation journeys.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead clients in the implementation of Microsoft Purview risk and compliance solutions, tailoring guidance to fit their unique infrastructure requirements.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on managing and monitoring data assets, safeguarding sensitive information, and mitigating compliance risks.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a customer-centric perspective, focusing on delivering secure and comprehensive solutions. Proactively seek and incorporate customer feedback to enhance services and build customer confidence.
- Technical Problem Solving: Assist clients in overcoming technical challenges within a collaborative framework. Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Hands-On Experience: Proven experience with at least one of the following Microsoft Purview risk and compliance solutions:
- Microsoft Purview Information Protection (formerly Microsoft Information Protection - MIP)
- Microsoft Purview Data Lifecycle Management (formerly Microsoft Information Governance) and Records Management
- Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management
- Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager
- Microsoft Purview eDiscovery
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Ability to guide customers in removing technical blockers through collaborative efforts. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Adaptability: Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technological features.
- Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of cloud-based technologies and the transformative impact of cloud computing across industries.
- Self-Driven Leadership: Demonstrated technical skills and leadership, with a self-driven and engaging personality.
- Commitment to Learning: A proven commitment to continuous learning and improvement is paramount, outweighing extensive previous experience with a broad array of technologies.
