Project Manager - CRM and Billing, Salesforce, WFH, Outside ir35, fully remote
Looking for an experienced PM who knows there way around software delivery and can be versatile across multiple small projects, spinning plates etc. Projects will include features and functionality, integration between Salesforce CRM, Contact Centre, Billing systems (Aptumo), Reporting.
This is post go-live on a successful programme and key to optimisation of the system and further business benefits being delivered.
An ideal fit for the role will be an experienced SaaS/CRM or skilled Enterprise Applications PM. Able to manage 3rd parties, business stakeholders, managing budgets, reporting and tracking.
Experience working in the utilities sector and on SF CRM/ Billing systems will be very beneficial.
