Job Title: Project Manager - Global Web Activations

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead global web activation and platform migration initiatives within a fast-paced digital commerce environment.
This role sits within the Digital Commerce Delivery Team and will focus on managing the migration from legacy platforms to DXC, alongside future activation programmes (DC2 → DX) across multiple international markets.
You will take end-to-end ownership of delivery, working across distributed production teams and engaging multiple global stakeholders to ensure successful go-live and hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global web activation and platform migration projects
- Manage scope, timelines, capacity planning, and sprint delivery cycles
- Coordinate technical integration activities across digital platforms
- Oversee distributed production teams (Vietnam, Serbia, UK)
- Support market teams through testing, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Present proposals, progress updates, and findings to stakeholders
- Ensure quality control and structured governance throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate closely with Communications and front-facing teams
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager in a global or multi-market environment
- Demonstrable end-to-end migration experience (legacy to modern platforms)
- Strong background in digital commerce or retail environments
- Experience managing sprint-based delivery and capacity planning
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Hands-on involvement in go-live planning and hypercare management
