Length: 12 months intially

Location: Hybrid - 3 days on site in Paddington

We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role


The business have embarked on Finance Transformation journey which incorporates a large-scale S/4 Hana deployment for Finance. We are looking for a Project Manager who will support the effective management of integration to satellite systems within this program.


Responsibilities within an individual workstream:

  • Work with the Build Leadership Team to understand workstream requirements and define project scope.
  • To maintain and manage a log of integration data points that will enable effective engagement with counterparties on design, build and test activities
  • Create and execute project plans to support these activities, including timelines and budget (if required)
  • Manage project resources, including in-house staff and external contractors.
  • Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including the executive team.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Work with QA partners to provide inputs and insights to support their work efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within ERP or other systems implementation projects in the data migration domain.
  • Able to engage constructively with internal and external partners
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans, manage project resources, and identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster collaboration among team members.
  • Preferably some experience with integration tools and connectors (but not essential)
  • Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project or JIRA.
