Project Manager - Active SC Cleared - Cumbria - Hybrid - 6 months
Our client, a market leading multi-national technology company are looking for a Delivery Support Project Manager, to join them on a project. The assignment is an initial 6 - month contract and can offer a competitive daily rate.
Role Overview:
An Active SC cleared Project Manager with general IT infrastructure and application delivery is required to support 2 existing Security projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the existing Project Managers in the overall project delivery to the business.
- Deputise where needed with the ability to manage stakeholders at Board level.
- Delivery of assigned discreet work packages within the projects to allocated budget and schedule.
- Management of external 3rd party organisations to aid project delivery.
Skills:
- General IT infrastructure experience including network, server, and application delivery.
- Management of large-scale IT systems within environments of up to 10,000 end users.
- Ability to operate with project delivery methodologies of Waterfall and Agile.
- Manage and maintain project artefacts throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Maintain Project RAID log and allocated finances.
- Ability to manager stakeholders all levels from Board level down to end user management structures.
Desired but not essential:
- Experience and knowledge of location services / accountability solutions.
- Experience and knowledge of Access control systems.
- Experience and knowledge of physical security environments.
Must hold active Security Clearance/SC clearance
