Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Donnington, Telford
Full time / Permanent
The purpose of your role is to project manage operational delivery outputs. You'll support the business by providing ownership on a known delivery output and leadership of stakeholders in order for the business to deliver the output.
Who we are looking for?
You will be working as a Project Manager on a complex demilitarisation project, taking armoured vehicles and making them ready for sale or scrap
What will you be doing?
- Ensuring projects are managed to time, cost and quality
- Manage risks and issues, leading the project team to deliver mitigating actions, utilising RAID log documentation templates
- Report on project metrics and progress on a weekly and monthly basis
- Leading a matrix team
The experience you'll bring
- You will either come from an Project Management background OR a Military background with knowledge of demilitarisation/end of lifecycle asset management
- APM or Prince 2
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work with customers at a senior level
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
