About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Controller to join a world leading and multiple award winning security and defence technology service provider. We work with the most high profile clients on the cutting edge projects.
This is an amazing opportunity to come into the business from project controls, scheduling or administrative backgrounds to pursue a long-standing career. What will I be doing?
Using your skills and experience you will be responsible for providing the delivery of management, planning, documentation and processes for various projects within the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and implementing of project design and improvement using project finances and reporting metrics.
- Day-to-day management and control of purchasing, planning, documentation, processing, scheduling, forecasting and reporting within various projects
- Introductory leadership skills leading to a range of small team leadership through task management, with eventual coaching and mentoring and/or Line Management if desired by the candidate
What do I need?
You'll need an understanding of Project Controls Competency Framework (Foundation) or APMP Introductory Certificate
Flexible consideration to relevant experience, ranging from:
- project controls exposure/experience
- senior project controls positions
- administrative experience
- scheduling/reporting/forecasting experience
- management-based backgrounds with a methodological mind-set
