Project Administrator - NHS IT/Digital Project
Location: Hybrid - 2 days in the office

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
About the Role
We are looking for a well-organised Project Administrator to provide administrative support to an NHS digital project. The role focuses on arranging meetings, taking minutes, maintaining project records, and supporting the project leads/team with day-to-day administration.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange and coordinate project meetings and workshops
Prepare agendas and take accurate meeting minutes
Maintain action logs and follow up on outstanding actions
Keep project plans, meeting schedules, and trackers up to date
Organise and maintain project documents and records
Support preparation of basic reports and updates
Manage emails, correspondence, and shared inboxes
Ensure information is handled in line with NHS policies
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in an administrative or office support role
Experience arranging meetings and taking minutes
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
Desirable
Experience working in the NHS or public sector
Experience supporting projects or programmes
Experience using SharePoint or similar systems
This is a hybrid role with 2 days required in the office each week, candidates should be based near Southampton.
