About the Role - Programme Manager
- As a Programme Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of critical programmes, ensuring delivery excellence from initiation through to benefits realisation.
- You'll work closely with the Delivery Executive and MOD stakeholders to set strategic direction and maintain alignment with customer objectives.
- Responsibilities include managing risks, dependencies, financial controls, and governance across multiple projects, supported by the Programme Management Office (PMO).
- You will act as the key decision-maker for the programme, resolving conflicts, driving performance, and ensuring business value is achieved for both the customer and the organisation.

- Proven experience leading large and complex programmes within Defence or high-security environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels.
- Expertise in governance, risk, financial, and dependency management across multiple workstreams.

- Demonstrated ability in P&L management and ensuring clear accountability across projects.
