Programme Manager - ServiceNow - (Hybrid) - 6/8 months
Our client, a market leading multi-national technology company are looking for a Programme Manager, to join them in Nottingham/London (Remote). The assignment is an initial 6 - 9 month contract and can offer a competitive daily rate.

This is an exciting time as we support large scale client transformation across a wide range of technologies. In this crucial role as a Programme Manager, you'll work with our client's team supporting one of their largest clients globally.
Responsibilities to Include:
Accountable for the delivery of a strategically important Configuration Management (CMDB) data quality project overseen from within the Architecture & Technology Strategy (ATS) portfolio function of our client.
The programme aims to drive further improvements in data quality within the existing CMDB implementation and supporting processes to provide further confidence in the accurate current state, ITIL-aligned processes to support a high-volume of Change and a platform capable of supporting future business integrations.
What do I need to be considered for this position?
Essential experience
- Experienced in implementation and/or improvement reviews of CMDBs within large complex IT estates and strong experience with ServiceNow
- Working knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Confidence to challenge & direct SMEs within 'federated' delivery functions from a central position (ATS)
- Significant experience of managing and influencing senior stakeholders (Head of & CIO-level)
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the programme.
- Establishes the appropriate tools, delivery governance & processes to meet project goals.
- Prompts/influences programme Steering Group to make the appropriate decisions.
- Confidence in building/maintaining project plans and supporting control artifacts (e.g. MS Project Plan, RAID logs)
