An Experienced Contract Programme/Change Manager - The candidate should have experience of running Transformation and Change Programmes and creating Operating Models ideally with experience of transitioning to an Agile Methodology.
Initial scope:
- Define and manage Agile backlog of improvements against impediments with BU
- Creation and execution of Delivery Operating Model
- Creation and execution of Agile Platform Operating Model (including mapping of roles and raising resource gaps into resourcing plan)
- In conjunction Effectiveness Team Create and execute of Agile Rollout
- In conjunction with the Comms Team create and execute of Comms Plan
