Experis are currently working with a global technology giant, who are on the lookout for an M365 Productivity SME to join their expanding team, you'll have the opportunity to work with some well renowned companies as clients.
You'll be working with a strong team across EMEA supporting English clients and German, Italian or French Clients and improving overall customer satisfaction.
You will have at least 2 years of technical support and 1 year of supporting enterprise customers.
