Product Owner - Data Transformation

We are actively looking to secure a Product Owner to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role:
We are looking for a Data Specialist, a true data evangelist!
You will have a demonstrable background in Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management Tools, Data Quality Tools, designing data pipelines and experience in Data Warehouse and Data Lakehouse.
As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for developing and agreeing the product vision and roadmap for our Data Transformation. You will need an in-depth knowledge of agile process and principles with the ability to translate technical Data Principals into Products with measurable outcomes and benefits aligned to our strategic goals.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable experience as a user focused Senior Product Manager/Product Owner
- Experience in recognising data as a product, extracting the value from data; translating product roadmaps into backlogs that prioritise delivery of the highest value features first
- A background in Data Management or Data Analytic solutions like MDM (Master Data Management), Metadata Management Tools, Data Quality Tools, designing data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) processes
- Experienced in product roadmap development and concepts such as minimum viable products, iterative and incremental approaches to delivery
Desirable Skills:
- A good understanding of relational databases is required and candidates with Data Warehouse/Data Lake knowledge would be preferred
- A working knowledge of ERP would be preferred, with any exposure to SAP S4 / BW4HANA an advantage
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner
- A technical, data engineering background or equivalent technical skills
