Key Responsibilities:
- Product Data Management: Maintain, validate, and optimise product data within the 1WorldSync platform, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with GS1 and retailer-specific requirements.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine data governance processes to enhance efficiency and standardisation of product content management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with master data management (product MDM), sales, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate product information for external stakeholders.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and insights related to product data accuracy, completeness, and performance to drive business decisions.
- Support & Training: Provide guidance and support to internal and external users on best practices for managing product content within 1WorldSync
Essential Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in product data management, content syndication, or e-commerce operations
- 2+ years of experience in 1WorldSync and/or GS1
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and ERP/PIM systems.
- Knowledge of GS1 standards, GDSN, and digital shelf analytics is preferred
