My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Product Analyst on a initial 6 Month contract. This role will start out virtual and inside IR35.

The Product team is embarking on a large-scale digital transformation programme and needs an experienced product analyst who would support the Product Owners with defining and delivering new features to support the capability roadmap into new and existing markets. They must have superb relationship skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, strong analytical skills to understand and breakdown complex requirements and be able to manage & prioritise multiple tasks consecutively.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Product Owners, scrum teams, stakeholders and support groups
  • Supporting the planning and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the platform
  • Gathering complex requirements and presenting a clear but detailed feature description, business flow and acceptance requirements
  • Assess value, develop cases for the prioritisation of Features and User Stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide support to backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Work closely with Product Management and Product Owners to create and maintain a product feature backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Complete research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the Global Pay product
  • Follow competitor developments and the industry
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Participate in team demos and retrospectives
  • Participation in Planning, Iteration Execution and Inspect and Adapt activities
  • This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Qualifications

  • Working experience as a Product Analyst essential
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe PO/PM Accreditation preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of B2B payments and managing clients on a digital payment platform a strong advantage
  • Ability to translate business/customer needs into functional & process requirements and definition documents
  • Skilled in change management, problem solving, gap and impact analysis
  • Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners
  • Team player, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form to different audiences
  • Ability to manage own time and work independently
  • Ability to manage competing demands on time
