We require an SC Cleared ITIL v4 Master or Managing Professional to lead the creation of process, policy and procedure documentation for the additional practice areas introduced as part of ITILv4. Reporting into the Service Management Lead, the suitable person will have knowledge and experience in producing standardised policy, process and procedures utilising their strong background in ITILv4. This role will help support the design and future operating model of a senior client.
