About the role

Working on our brand new flagship contract we have partnered with several HEI's across London to deliver the new MET Police PEQF framework. You will be responsible to manage, support and drive the progression of PEQF students from sign up to completion ensuring progression milestones are completed on target and any additional support is managed.

What do I need to be able to do the role?

You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of policing and the evidence base current context, challenges and issues, gained either through previous operational or academic experience

We would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

  • Ability to support, motivate and inspire others; driving performance and professionalism
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
  • Level 2 qualification (or higher) in maths and English

What else do I need to know?

  • Successful applicants will need enhanced DBS through the Disclosure and Barring Service and military security clearance
  • Permanent position with a competitive annual salary and benefits
