ROLE TITLE: Project Support Analyst - Digital Prevention Services (PMO)
LOCATION: Remote, with occasional travel to London (Canary Wharf) or Leeds as required
CLEARANCE: BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) is required for this position; candidates must be eligible to undergo and successfully pass BPSS checks.
We are actively looking to secure a Project Support Analyst to join Experis and work within our client's PMO for the Digital Prevention Services Portfolio, supporting initiatives across Digital Screening, Digital Vaccinations and Digital Healthcheck within the Transformation directorate. Role Overview
You will sit within the client's PMO Onboarding team, helping to run the processes and systems used to onboard, manage and offboard resources into the Digital Prevention Services Portfolio. Day to day, you will learn and operate the client's onboarding/offboarding tools, support the administration and improvement of central data repositories, and ensure records are accurate, consistent and up to date.
As you become established, you will have opportunities to take ownership of small continuous improvement initiatives, support other PMO teams and gain exposure to a wide range of digital prevention programmes, from screening services to vaccination and health check services delivered through the NHS App and related platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Learn, use and continuously improve the PMO's onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring resources are set up, changed and exited accurately and on time.
Administer and maintain central data repositories, logs and trackers, ensuring data quality, completeness and auditability for portfolio reporting and governance.?
Actively participate in team calls, stand?ups and wider PMO meetings, providing clear updates on your work and escalating issues or risks promptly.?
Build strong working relationships with project teams and stakeholders across the Digital Prevention Services Portfolio, acting as a friendly first point of contact for onboarding?related queries.?
Support continuous improvement activity within the PMO, capturing ideas, mapping processes and helping to implement and embed new ways of working.
Contribute to the wider PMO services as required, which may include meeting organisation, action tracking, basic reporting, and maintaining registers and documentation.?

Desirable
Previous experience in a PMO, project support, project administration or similar environment within the public sector or healthcare will be an advantage.?
Familiarity with digital or data?driven environments (for example, experience supporting technology, digital health or transformation projects).

Location and Working Pattern
UK base locations: London - Canary Wharf (10 South Colonnade, E14 4PU) and Leeds - Wellington Place, LS1 4AP.
Remote working is supported, with an expectation of occasional travel to London or Leeds for key meetings, onboarding activities or team events.
