We are actively looking to secure a PMO Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced PMO Analyst, to support The End User Services (EUS) Portfolio. There are 3 highly visible Programmes with large scale resources and budget with an inspiring time-line to deliver (high risk in nature), designed as a major efficiency investment to simplify the current technology stack and transform our clients digital workplace landscape, the client is transforming and modernising their cross-company infrastructure and simplifying their application landscape whilst integrating two companies.

The Integration Portfolio undertakes the seamless integration of the two entities (no second chances), Microsoft 365 integration and Active Directory Migration Services. Each organisation has its own unique tenant currently supporting a combined total of approximately 34,000 people across the two organisations. The strategic outcome is to combine the services within the tenant resulting in a single consolidated tenant supporting both organisations. Also to migrate the workstations joined to the clients Active Directory domain to the new clients Active Directory domain and remediate applications during the migration process. All together build the foundation to fulfil the accelerated employee experience outcome.

Key Skills

Certification: ISEB Programme & Project Support Office (PPSO) Foundation or equivalent (or willingness to study for same). ISEB PPSO Advanced level desirable

Tools: competent user of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint & Outlook. Proficient user of N2K, GFS, EM Portal, CBOS SelfService & Resource Register.
