- Minimum 5 years UK residency
- Experience of implementing Fusion Core HR and Absence
- Understanding of Assignment FTE
- Knowledge of Positions data and setup
- Data Analysis
- Understanding of Data Migration using HDL
- Knowledge on Absence entitlements on oracle fusion
- Work schedules, work pattern hands on creation experience
- Experience of working on large scale Oracle fusion implementation
- Understanding of impact of absences on payroll
Desirable skills and experience
- Knowledge of payroll elements
- Running quick pay and validating results
- Experience in HCM Data loader on oracle fusion
