My leading client is looking for a Open Housing System Specialist / Configuration / Analyst to provide functional and technical assistance to users, acting as a subject matter expert relating to the use of applications and leading on application improvements, upgrades, interfaces, and functionality changes, and ensure continuity and improvements to service.
Skills
- System improvements and upgrades
- Data analysis and management information
- Strong stakeholder managementr
- Prepare System User Guides for non-ICT staff
- Deliver Systems (Housing systems & similar) training to front line staff and to managers who would need to cascade these skills themselves
- System Testing -stepping though standard systems usage to ensure that any outputs are as expected; identifying where relevant risk failures may occur during system changes (upgrades and implementations)
- Prepare and analyse data extracts for various purposes
- Configure and test changes to mail merge documents
- Configure and test systems changes in Pyramid and Open Housing plus any future system
- Investigate how staff undertake business processes and identify what constraints staff believe exist that impact them
- To be able to convey information verbally, as narrative description and/or diagrams
