O365 Technical Account Manager - Full remote working - 18-month contract
Currently seeking an O365 specialist to join one of the world's technology leaders as an O365 Technical Account Manager to manage a large portfolio of customers on all matters O365 and other MS products and make sure customer engagement is fully optimized.
The O365 Technical Account Manager will ensure the effective usage of the technology available to its customers that may currently be under-utilized and be able to identify potential upsell opportunities.
Key skills and experience required;
- Must be an O365 expert and ambassador of MS products
- Must have excellent communication skills to work closely with customers and stakeholders
- Must have a proven track record in a customer relationship role
