Key technical skills required;

  • Must have strong skills in supporting customers in a large and complex O365 environment - 2nd and 3rd line and above

  • Excellent skills/Expert in Exchange

  • Must have strong Identity Access Management experience

  • Windows 10 and Sharepoint

  • Must be able to converse in German/Italian/Spanish to a high level - fluent/C1
