O365 Presales Support Engineer - Full remote working - 18-month contract

Currently seeking an O365 specialist to join one of the world's technology leaders as an O365 Presales Support Engineer to provide essential technical expertise to the sales teams to drive usage in some of their key customers.

The O365 Presales Support Engineer will be tasked with offering pre and post-sales O365 usage support and resolve escalations related to eligibility and engagement issues. You will be required to deliver MS Field readiness workshops to the various sales team and use their technical expertise to remove any barriers to effective usage - all of which will ultimately enable their customers' successful digital transformations.

As the O365 Presales Support Engineer, you will be the O365 subject matter expert.

Must have a proven experience and track record in an O365 technical advisory/consultant/presales role

Technical knowledge across as many of the following Microsoft 365 workloads is highly desirable;

  • Enterprise Mobility & Security
  • Exchange
  • SharePoint/OneDrive for Business
  • Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams
  • Office ProPlus
  • Yammer
  • Project
  • Visio
  • Power BI
  • Windows 10
