Main skills required are below
* 3D modelling and 2D drafting using Siemens NX software
* Detailed checking of models and drawings and applicability of manufacturing and quality specifications to design intent requirements (not all candidates will be required to perform checking activities)
* Input of data in to a shared DMU
* Producing, modifying and reviewing engineering drawings
* Use Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
* Preparing explanatory presentations
* Applying manufacturing and quality specifications and assigning notes
* Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team
* Liaising with design team and proposing new concepts and improvements
* DV clearance will be required, currently holding DV clearance would be beneficial
