4 x 2ND Tier NOC Engineers with good Cisco networking backgrounds and NOC experience needed for a permanent role in Bristol.

The client is one of the fastest growing firms in the South West with a national presence leading the way in their field and changing how their industry operates. The client is currently in a large state of expansion and due to this they require 4 engineers for the Network Operation Centre. The responsibilities of the role are to manage the live network environment providing as close to 100% uptime of all devices on the network, in accordance with agreed upon client SLAs, liaise with their customers and relevant 3rd parties to ensure that all requested service incidents are dealt with efficiently and Act as a point of escalation for the service desk during non-standard hours.
Essential Experience:
At least 2 years working in either a NOC environment, or 1 year of commercial experience supporting/deploying/configuring Cisco Catalyst routers and switches
