Role Title: Migration Support Engineer
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 31st October
Location: London (Travel to Amsterdam, Milan, Paris, Dusseldorf Required, 10 Days per Month)
Rate: £230p/d max via Umbrella
Financial Services Experienced will be Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide on-site support during the migration process
· Assist users with post-migration teething issues
· Install and configure hardware and software as required
· Wipe and prepare devices for redeployment
· Log and escalate incidents or service requests via the ticketing system (e.g., iSnow)
· Offer friendly, clear guidance to end users on new systems or changes
· Liaise with the central IT team to ensure smooth resolution of issues
Requirements:
· Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software
· Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., iSnow, ServiceNow) is a plus
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Desirable:
· Previous experience in a floor walking or IT support role
