Microsoft Office 365 Trainer (SC Cleared)
Our Central Government client are recruiting for a Senior Trainer and a Trainer for the roll out and training of Office 365 across the network. The successful candidates must have experience training in SharePoint within O365.
The role:
- Conducting a Training Needs Analysis of user groups. Balancing the training needs of senior stakeholders, super users / change champions and end users
- Ensure that Home office users are well trained to use M365 tools being rolled out to them in a compliant manner
- Creation of communications and training approach including the creation of communications and training materials
- Delivering training in a variety of forms including VIP sessions, 1:1 session's, drop-in sessions, video training rooms and face to face sessions
- Knowledge transfer to appropriately skilled members of the digital team
