Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Tech Lead
Location: Warwick (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Day rate: £480 per day
Required skills & experience:
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations, including Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goal
- Design and develop customizations using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript, and .NET technologies
- Oversee integration projects, including data migrations from legacy systems and third-party applications.
- Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and maintainability of CRM solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
