Experis has an exciting new contract opportunity for a Messaging Operations Analyst. This is a fully remote opportunity within the Financial Sector.
Title: Messaging Operations Analyst (Data Analyst)
Length: 3 Months
Location: Remote
Rate: £275 per day (via umbrella)
Scope/responsibilities:
- Understand and translate business requirements into 1:1 multi-channel / multi-step customer communications.
- Recommend and implement campaign enhancements to improve the customer journey: efficiencies in deliveries, system functionality and data availability.
- Build selection rules to deliver campaigns via SAMS/CIM/RTIM/SAS/PEGA/IBM with the ability to source data from external sources
- Support Chapter innovation projects
- Work within an Agile squad to deliver business requirements, with a clear focus on continuous development - share knowledge/best practice with the rest of the team and provide peer to peer feedback, quality checks and support.
- Proactively identify risk associated with customer data and campaign selection, ensuring the delivery processes are followed and the risk controls are completed 100% of the time. Take ownership of issues and ensure the appropriate course of action is taken.
- Working with the squad input into backlog discussions to prioritise workload against business objectives, adapt to change and identify and solve problems to allow the team to succeed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies / working as part of an Agile team .
- Knowledge of data manipulation within large complex databases and extraction of data from multiple sources.
- Ability to work on own but also as part of a larger team to achieve a common goal/objective. Actively engages with others to gain different perspectives and knowledge.
- Problem solving skills and resolution management.
- Intermediate technical skill
- Intermediate level skill set of core data repositories (SAMS/CIM/VCX/SAS/SQL/PEGA)
