The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid remote working).
The pay rate on offer is £300 - £400 per day.
The duration of the contract is 3 months initially (potential for temp to perm).
The client is a large, multinational high-street retailer.
Summary
Working closely with the client's bank and retail business', integrating the Bank and its various campaigns into the main business - utilising their own channels to talk to customers about their propositions and products.
Key accountabilities of the role
- Role sits within the credit team, and works closely with the business' Bank and other teams (Food, Clothing & Home)
- Work is focused predominantly around credit propositions - marketing elements (digital and in-store launches) both happening next year
- Dealing with the client's retail business and its relationship with the bank - e.g. take requests from the bank which must be facilitated with the retail team, and work through delivery
- Work with in-house CRM teams and oversee activity here
- POS - specific in-store elements belong to this team (e.g. til shrouds, Toblerone's, digital assets, such as service hubs to pick up travel money, access to .com)
Key skills and experience
- Marketing experience within retail or retail banking/financial services is preferred
- Broad channel experience would be ideal
- Ability to establish relationships quickly - role involves a bit of push and pull with stakeholders in various parts of the business
