Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning:
  • Working with the North America I&D Marketing lead, execute the logistics for our events investments from coordinating invites all the way through to lead management processes.
  • Create and maintain event briefing packs and "Know before you go" materials.
  • Set up of event management tools and channels (like Teams, etc.)
  • Collaborate within the I&D MarCom-team as well as with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to execute on our events and lead gen campaigns efficiently.
  • Work toward event goals and KPIs to measure the success of events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date event calendar and database detailing event sponsorship options
Event Logistics Coordination:
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation.
    • Coordinate event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
Program Content and Agenda:
  • Collaborate with industry and alliance partners to deliver on event agendas and content that align with mutual objectives.
  • Manage speakers, panelists, and other contributors together with the Leads for the respective area.
Promotion and Outreach:
  • Co-plan and execute the promotion of events and drive attendance.
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and printed materials.
  • Together with the marketing team utilize various marketing channels to reach the target audience, such as .com
  • Continuous cultivation of customer success stories highlighting work for and support of select clients including joint appearances at industry conferences.
Event Execution and On-Site Management:
  • Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Collaborate with other event staff and volunteers to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:
  • Collect feedback from attendees and partners for post-event analysis.
  • Measure and report on event KPIs and ROI.
  • Growth Marketing
  • Work with Senior Director of Global Growth Marketing to manage the following:
  • Pardot campaign management.
  • Thor led activation and tagging activities.
  • Maintain calendar of marketing campaigns aligned to growth marketing.
  • Ability to pull reports and analyze data from Thor.
  • Communicate with Sales and BD people.
  • Drive webinar activities aligned to campaigns.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in business, journalism, marketing and/or communications or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a marketing and/or communications role in professional or consulting services.
  • A good understanding of the event ecosystem, tools, and industry trends.
  • Experience developing email communications in a Microsoft Outlook environment.
  • Experience developing presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong English writing skills required (with a focus on U.S. English).
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach to developing, delivering, and managing projects.
  • Highly motivated self-starter that is comfortable working independently and collaborating as part of a team.
  • Ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and deal with high pressure situations.
