About the role

Here at Experis we're looking to recruit a Lecturer within the Common Engineering Applications Department to teach a class of up to 16 new soldiers on the topic of General Electronics including Level 3 Electronic Principles, Level 3 Analogue Principles, and Level 3 Digital Microprocessors.

You will be responsible for preparing relevant teaching material, if necessary involving Media and Graphics Department.

Assessment of trainees to include: Creation of written examination and progress test papers; Creation of, assignments; devise and supervise projects; and monitor continuous assessments. Marking of examination papers, Setting and marking of course and homework, Invigilation of examination and assessments.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative teaching team, with the opportunity to gain your CET Level 4.

What do I need to do the role?

You must hold qualification HNC/HND in a General Electronics subject, with knowledge of analogue electronics, and digital microprocessors.

You will also have the ability to research new subjects, and to design and develop new teaching material for assignments and projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

No previous teaching experience is required but you must have a desire to teach.
