Job Title: Support Technical Lead
Location: Hybrid - One day a Month in St Pauls in London
Duration: Until 31 December 2025
Rate: £600 per day - Via Umbrella Online
Clearance Required: SC clearable and NPPV3
LECP Level 3 Support Technical Lead
Key responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Level 3 support engineers in an AWS Cloud based CNI environment, ensuring alignment with cloud based best practice and managing improvement alignment with platform architecture and strategy.

* AWS
* Cloud Formation or Terraform
* Nginx
* Linux administration
* Packer
* Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, etc)
* Be SC Clearable
NPPV3
Skills:
* Working within an agile context with the use of CI
* Articulate a logical design, and understand how this translates to physical infrastructure
* Experience with defining and working with the constraint of NFRs such as cost, scalability, availability
* The must have skills will determine how well they will be able to integrate into our way of working and
* The principals we use when making strategic and long-term decisions.
